Illustrating a cute cabin surrounded by nature was my initial thought when the creative direction was “whatever you think would work best!”. In that process drawing direct inspiration from the home Nini & Poppy reside in was accidental at first creation but an exciting twist of fate! They had just added a pond in last summer and put in some tadpoles for the kids. The only addition they had wanted to the original illustration was the frog on the little lily pad. Froggie makes quite the nice addition to the outdoor scenery.
